We recently experienced a plumbing issue that flooded our basement. I admit that I called a few companies (close to us and whom we've used in the past) prior to trying Bergsma. No one could fit us in and we were desperate. Unable to use any water.
I called Bergsma and the gentleman who answered the phone was very friendly and was able to send someone out within a few hours. The plumber did a fantastic job! We know he worked his tail off. We had a pipe burst in our basement on a Saturday. The plumber Sam was at our house within a hour. He was a very pleasent person and did a excellent job fixing our issue.

They are awesome. Representatives are very friendly and were 100% transparent with everything before they performed any repairs. I will be contacting them again for sure within the next year or two to sort out a few other plumbing issues I've found while doing some basic home improvements.

This is my 2nd or 3rd review for Bergsma Plumbing. This time, on 4-16-2024, we had a water softener installed and a toilet replaced. As usual, the technician, Sam, was professional, prompt and did a fantastic job. They are always able to get out to our home within 1-2 business days. I had a shower that wouldn't drain and a toilet that had issues. Bergsma had someone out to look at my problems within 1 day. They cleared my shower drain and I also had a new toilet installed. Sam did a great job. He explained what he was going to do and before going ahead, explained how much it cost line by line. I was also happy to hear they had a coupon for Veteran's to help with the cost. I'll definitely be using this company again. If they did drywall work too I'd be ecstatic!

We called multiple plumbers to come to our house as we had a mysterious water leak in our basement ceiling. Joe and Jared came out immediately and accessed the situation. They were very professional in everything thing that they did as well as find the problem. A small pin hole in our refrigerator water line. Great guys and I am buying a water heater and he will come back to run a new water line. Definitely recommend for plumbing services.

Joe showed up on time and was very professional and friendly. He reviewed my issue and came up with an inexpensive solution. I had one of his competitors give me a quote and he wanted to charge me over $400. Joe ended up charging me his minimum rate with a simple solution to the problem. Joe, the fella that came to my house for an after hours emergency was likely the most professional tradesman I have ever encountered. He listened, acted and explained what the problem was and how it should be fixed.. Then he fixed it, cleaned up and left.. He then called back the next day to ensure I was having no more problems. Joe provides excellent professional service for all my plumbing needs...all that at a fair price...which is tough to find these days. Joe installed my Hot Water heater today and what I thought was going to be a 4 hour project turned out to be done and cleaned up in just 2 hours. What was most impressive was that he was on time, quoted me a price and came in under the price he quoted me! Now that is what I call service! He has earned my future business.
